Curation

I have been curating applied arts exhibitions for fifteen years now, working very closely, but not exclusively, with Ruthin Craft Centre, The Centre for Applied Arts. Ruthin is a venue with an international reputation for the excellent work it does in the field and has allowed me to explore and be constantly amazed by the talent and quality of makers/artists in the UK, Europe and on the world stage. There is a wide remit covering all of the applied arts from ceramics, jewellery and glass to textiles and furniture. 

I also work with other venues and organisations of international standing, including the National Glass Centre, Sunderland; The Goldsmiths’ Centre, London; The National Design & Craft Gallery, Ireland; The Goldsmiths’ Company, London; Bishopsland Educational Trust, England and Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust, Yorkshire
